Accommodation

• All deposits are not refundable, but may be transferred within a calendar year.
  
  
• Where one person books multiple rooms with a deposit it is the responsibility of that person to pay all charges resulting from damages, unpaid accounts, cancellation or a guests non-arrival.
  
  
• Rooms are available from lunchtime on the day of arrival (12.30 onwards) we cannot guarantee an earlier check in time.
  
  
• Rooms to be vacated by 10.30 on the day of departure - late check out will result in additional charges.
  
  
• We reserve the right to charge full room tariff should we not be able to re-sell the room due to any of the following.
  
  1. Breakages or damage rendering the room incomplete to resell to another guest.
  2. Specialist room cleaning including carpet shampooing if required.
  3. Smoking in Bedroom.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing, we will confirm this by return of post

• 48 hours before arrival-loss of paid deposit
  
  
• Less than 48 hours before arrival - Payment in full

Miscellaneous:

• We reserve the right to alter the prices and policy, a minimum of 6 months notice will be given.
  
  
• Any loss or damage to hotel property will be charged in full. We reserve the right to automatically deduct the require amount from the card and send a written receipt.
