Check in will be a little different.
Your registration form will have been sent to you in advance by email or messenger. We hope you have completed this and returned it prior to your arrival with your eta.
On arrival, we will ask you sanitise your hands with the gel provided. You will be presented with an envelope with your room number and welcome letter. Your sanitised room & front door key will be in your room.
If you require help with your baggage we ask you bring it to the reception and we will assist, but leave it outside your door.
All rooms will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before your arrival. In order to respect your safety, housekeeping services will not be offered until after your departure. Should you require a top up of any complimentary room items tea/coffee etc. or clean towels. simply send us a text and we will leave them at your door (text 07483103628)
We ask you to complete an order form in full. Breakfast will be table service, with staff wearing face masks and gloves. Hand sanitiser will be available as you enter the dining room
We would ask guests to give way to others and allow adequate distancing on stairs and hallways.
We regret the guest lounge will be closed however weather permitting there is an outdoor seating area you are welcome to use. Door handles, light switches and handrails will be sanitised regularly.
If a guest is displaying signs of the Covid 19 or is asymptomatic but declares the need to self-isolate, they must check out immediately and return home to self-isolate. If they are unable to return home and need to extend their stay they will be restricted to their room for 14 days. Food can be delivered to their door, however nothing can be removed from the room until after departure. Rooms will then be sealed off for 72 hours before being deep cleaned. If a guest cannot return home the guest will be expected to pay all costs.
